I am willing to bet anyone based on the info I got. In 5 years time ( not 10), Nairobi will be the top skyscraper city in Africa . Westlands will resemble a mini manhattan when all the projects are done. Upper Hill will see 50 plus stories buildings rising up every corner ( next boom). Addis is moving up fast but Nairobi will claim her position as the African Financial center. And with the UN bringing lots of its total operations to Nairobi, the sky will be limitless.Hii issue ya magorofa hua inawauma sana. Na bado! Do you know how many are in the pipeline in Westlands alone? More than 20 building projects over 20 floors and above (majority are 30+ floor buildings like this one I have shared below). Talking of other projects, show me any city in Tanganyika with a commuter rail project ukiondoa Dar is slum. You are talking about projects while this was launched just recently and we just kept quiet about it.
