Whenever you want to brag about real estate in Naipori please bear in mind WB professional report about the value of real estate in EA 😁You seem not to be getting the point. Nairobi has many highrise buildigs than Dar. You have not witnessed a lot of buildings collapse since highrise buildings are few in Dar. I have been to Dar recently na residential areas are mostly stand alone buildings. Where there are apartments, hata hazipiti 10 floors
