Kenya medical services are like the United States…in terms of relations to the population…the best for those who can afford…. The US has the best healthcare in the world ( especially with creation of medicines)….yet a lot of Americans cross to Mexico and Canada for medical care…. Because it’s cheaper for same medication and treatment…..even with health insurance …that’s why we have Obamacare…If you live in America, you understand… Similarly, nothing in our region compares to Nairobi hospital…. But even most Kenyans cannot afford to go there…. But Mangufuli could afford it… unfortunately he came in too late..
