On the contrary its even more visible on a flat topography my friend. Haha what an excuse!Nachotaka uelewe nikuwa topography ya Dar es salaam ni flat. Hatuna hills kama Nairobi thus why you can see your CBD. Pia CBD yetu ipo bondeni kidogo. Ukiwa Magomeni unaanza kuingia CBD ya Dar kwa kushuka. Sasa hizo upper hill zenu sisi huku hakuna. Thus why one time nilisema Nairobi nikama Kampala...Hizi picha zako unajisumbua kuweka. You cant compare the topography of a hill to a flat surface. Umewahi sikia tunasema upper hill????nili

This was Konza City progress by last yearI can see from this thread that Tanzanians get exited over very meager things. I think lack of exposure, or Grueling poverty makes them high when they see such small things. Tanzanians are getting exited about housing Estates, something that is no longer a topic in Kenya. Actually there are some housing projects in Nairobi Kenya as Big as the whole of Dar es Salaam CBD
Like this one example among hundreds in the Nairobi Suburbs. No one talks about them.
In Kenya, the talk shifted from housing projects to cities. Across the country, Although many revolves around Nairobi and its environs. The speed of putting the cities up is amazing.
Let me start with a few Examples
1. Tatu City in Nairobi larger than the size of Nairobi Old CBD
Look at the progress of Tatu city
Industrial Park
Konza City in Machakos - The first Silicon City of Africa (Silicon Savana) As large as Nairobi Old CBD + Upperhill
See here the progress. Remember, the roads and Sewer system Contract has been awarded to an Italian Firm and it has heat the ground running. World class infrastructure. Power stations already set up. Water sources provided.
Real Progress
Currently, around Nairobi, there is over 10 City Status Projects by reputable companies like Cyton, Centum, Hass etc
If I will get time i will update you on
1. Newtown in Mavoko
The Ridge
The Alma
Situ
Machakos City
Haha English is clearly something alien to you... You took "open shop" literally huh... lol shop means they are entering the Ugandan market homie, besides, its an online betting site what would they need a shop for, reason mani have noticed that you are not aware about azam tv and its involvement in sports for uganda and rwanda.
while sportesa is invited to open a "ka-shop" in kampala, azam is holding the right to conduct and broadcast official premier league in both countries since 2013/2014.
azam Uganda premier league
azam Rwanda premier league.
You are fond of bringing IDIOTIC news by bloggers who all they want is to make money. Akili yako haikusaidii kufikiria kwamba 20 million is just half the kenyan population. Juzi ukatuambia unemployed kenyan Youth ni 25 million, more than half the Kenyan population...i love the kenyattas...I call them the black colonialist family....they suppose to rule kenya for life,be it directly or indirectly.
go go go kenyatta's....
