Arsenal are not actively looking to sell Partey this window, so it will take a considerable offer and a suitable replacement (eg Caicedo) for them to let him go.

Considering Fabinho is being valued at £40m, I’d suggest it would take a fee north of that to consider a sale.

We have not heard anything on Frankie De Jong, but could be true, Arteta has been an admirer in the past and would clearly help elevate this Arsenal side.
