But the long trophy drought has not been without some near misses and heartbreak for the north London club over the past five-and-a-half seasons, so

0 - Trophies won at the Emirates Stadium. The Gunners moved to their new home from Highbury back in 2006.
1 - Major trophy north London rivals Tottenham have won since Arsenal's last major success in 2005. They won the League Cup in 2008 by beating Chelsea 2-1 after extra time, ending a nine-year trophy drought.
1 - FA Youth Cups the club have won since 2005. They won the trophy in 2009 thanks to a 6-2 aggregate win over Liverpool.
2 - Finals Arsenal have lost since the start of the 2005-06 season. They fell at the final hurdle of the Champions League final in 2006 to Barcelona and the League Cup final to Jose Mourinho's Chelsea in 2007.
