Since the weekend, Arteta has been playing Bukayo Saka in his preferred position of a Winger and Ainsley Maitland-Niles in his preferred midfield position in training drills!

With Arteta letting these two play in their preferred positions in training, this does two things, it tells us Arteta wants to let them have a chance in their best position and he wants to keep them as happy as possible to keep them both at the club. With this, it’s likely we could see Ainsley Maitland-Niles as a CM and Bukayo Saka as LM/LW next season or even in the remainder of this season!
