Good evening. We are frustrated and we understand the supporters as well. We lost an opportunity to connect with our supporters because they helped us. We want, and we know, that here is the key. Here is the key to feel comfortable, to feel strong and take confidence. We didn't do that. The first half, we were drawing but it wasn't enough with how we were playing. The second half we started better, we changed. The best 20 minutes in all the season were in the second half, that moment. We created chances, we didn't score, but I was happy with that moment. That was our moment. I wanted to look at our players in that moment. Then they scored when we were better and we took some risks after that to equalise but we conceded some chances to score the third. We drew at the last moment but it's not enough. Really, we can be disappointed and the fans also, and me, with the result.

Yes that's an example of how they felt. They felt the point was not enough. Our performance, individually and collectively, was about achieving the victory. Maybe to take confidence, the key was in the 20 minutes of the second half where we created three chances. Maybe if we scored, we could have connected better with our supporters. They helped us in 90 minutes but we didn't achieve that connection with a good game or good moments playing, or a good result. We started losing and we needed to come back for every moment in 90 minutes.

I understand the supporters. They are now frustrated, disappointed and angry. The players feel the same. My job is to work, analyse and find a solution for how we can improve. I know the key is here to take confidence, to achieve the points, the good performances at home and then to take that away. The key is here with our supporters. We changed in the second half and we achieved that in 20 or 25 minutes at the start of that second half, but then we were losing. We lost some confidence and we were frustrated on the pitch, but we tried to push. The supporters helped us and we drew at the end but it wasn't enough.

on the formation change from three to four at the back...
That's a decision I've made because I need to find a solution. We play with three centre backs to feel stronger defensively. But also because in the first half, we were better defensively. But it wasn't enough. We needed to attack more in the second half so I changed it. Then when we were attacking more, we had 20 or 25 minutes where we were better offensively but then defensively we lost a little bit of that balance and conceded more chances than we wanted. That is the issue. I need to work, I need to analyse, I need to find a solution. Today I tried that, starting with the centre backs, changing in the first half when we were drawing because we wanted to win. We wanted to achieve more risks to attack and to get more players in the attacking third. But then we struggled defensively then with their transition. The 79-year-old considers resigning as he lacks influence on the club's key decisions. Josh Kroenke Raul Sanllehi, Vinai Venkatesham, Huss Fahmy [chief negotiator] and Edu have grabbed all the power at the Emirates.
The Chairman has recently offered to hire iconic David O'Leary as a consultant on footballing matters for the board. However, the members of the board have rejected his proposal.
The club's ambitions have been seriously damaged over the recent years and the criticism has been directed at the board in particular. In such a situation, Sir Chips Keswick doesn't want to carry the blame for the current state of affairs and is inclined to leave the post.
Unai Emery received a vote of support from the hierarchy before the international break. The manager reportedly has time until Christmas to turn around things and save his job amid fierce criticism
