After he is gone, then what?

After he is gone, then what?

Very poor thinking ,who told you that corruption can be defeated by only one person?

What facts do you use to ensure the society that corruption has gone down?

After he is gone ,what next? ,this is a stupid question ,simply because this country has a lot of wise people who a capable to lead .

Africans people have this problems of treating political leaders as kings ,gods and so on. That is why most of these leaders are leading their countries contrary to the constitutions .

LOoo, JF kuna mambo!.
Leo 'is' ni verb?

Don't be limited to what you were taught at primary school level. There different types of verbs. The reason why I said "is" is verb due to the fact that it has been used as a link.

Did you know that there are normal verb regular verbs irelugal verbs linking verbs... etc.

When we were promised that this time around there was going to be real political will to fight corruption we expected that Warioba's report on the subject would be the starting point. It is four years now and no reference has ever been made of the blueprint by anybody that matters. The implications are far-reaching; it means there is no strategic approach to the problem. Furthermore, when the DG of PCCB was fired unceremoniously within a short time we were also made to believe that the fight against was going to intensify. On the contrary however, it has slowed down very significantly. Infact it seems now the fight against corruption is directed not by PCCB but by the politicians who are calling the shots. Sometimes I am even tempted to think that the firing of DG was specifically meant to limit the independence of the institution to determine what action to take against whom.

Why did u choose complicated vocabularies like prof Lumumba???
I guess ur aim wasn't to let people know the purpose of ur thread rather how ur complicated English is.....

But good work...

are those institutions, anyway? What are they made of
Black people can never made strong institutions! Their thinking & planning are to get out of their family poverty and not upset with citizens poverty! I doubt always about these strong institutions people are talking!!
To put it simple, strong institutions are written in papers and its critical in strengthen public services, but in real sense its impossible to exist in African context!

President Magufuli.

It’s like he’s the only one who cares.

The only one who’s at least trying to do something about it.

It seems like he is fighting it all by his lonesome.

After he is gone, after he is no longer president, then what?

Will things revert back to how they were before he took the reigns of power?

I don’t have the answers to those questions so I will just have to wait for Father Time to tell me.

But such are the pernicious effects of unchecked venality.

People got so used to cutting corners in just about everything imaginable.

Corruption, grand and petty, became the norm.

Then he came along and tried to upset the apple cart. And to no surprise but to the chagrin of some of us, the pushback he’s getting makes us scratch our heads.

For years many people have been virtue signaling about the pervasiveness of corruption in the country.

Then it’s these same people who are now against the efforts made to combat it.

I don’t get it and maybe I’ll never get it.

I lay blame squarely on CCM for fostering it. They are the ones who created this ogre of corruption and allowed it to grow to uncontrollable levels.

It’s sad to see even what would seemingly be minor projects being micromanaged by the president.

Like, without his direct supervision nothing will ever get done.

Sometimes I wonder if we even know what we really want!

Sad state of affairs.
What we want is for this tyrant to go and burn in hell!

Ni watu ndio wanaharibu.....
Labda katiba mpya ndio iwe solution....
Ila system kama system ipo..... yenye watu waovu

..kweli.

..KATIBA nzuri itasaidia.

..katiba ambayo ita-encourage na kulazimisha kila mtu kufuata sheria.

..hapa Tz katiba, sheria, na mifumo yetu, inajenga mazingira ya impunity.

..kuna wakati viongozi/wanasiasa wanatoa amri na maelekezo yanayokwenda kinyume na sheria na watendaji wanayatekeleza.
