HUDUMA YA VODACOM WILAYANI KIBONDO NI KICHEFUCHEFU
Hi Nyongeza kwa habari hiyo ya Airtel. Vodacom sasa wanakosa mwelekeo kwani huduma zao zimekuwa zikisuasua sana kwa zaidi ya miezi miwili sasa.
Mimi kama mteja nimejitahidi kwa kiasi kikubwa kabisa kutoa taarifa kupitia namba 15366 ambayo mteja analipia kuweza kuongea na huduma kwa wateja lakini majibu yao yamekuwa stereo type kind of answer wanaibishwa kama kasuku. Naomba Vodacom mtambue kuwa mnaongea na wateja ambao ni weledi kuliko mlivyo ninyi, wengine ni professional kabisa kwenye telecom kuanzia Engineering Point of View mpaka Customer care tunajua haki zetu.
Ninawaomba rekebisheni kasoro zenu vinginevyo tutaanza kuburuzana kwenye TCRA CCC, kwani huduma zenu hazikidhi viwango vinavyo hitajika katika mawasiliano(Poor quality of Serice as well as Poor Customer care).
Haiwezekani kabisa wilaya nzima kukosa mawasiliano kwa siku tatu tangu tarehe 27 February 2012 saa nane mchana hadi Jana tarehe 2 Marchi 2012 saa 11 Jioni ndo mawasiliano yanarejeshwa.
Hii ni Aibu kwa kampuni kubwa kama Vodacom, It appears even the network monitoring system is not working properly as it has to monitor the Transmission Backbone network as well as the BTS on 24/7 basis and when there is something wrong the it has to give alarm that the network is faulty somewhere, but this is not the case it is only the customers through private initiative did alert some friend in DSM for them to report fault on behalf, Please take proactive measure such that the same won't happen.
