Ubora wa Elimu inaweza kuwa ni moja ya sababu kuu. Kimsingi graduate wa KY na UG ni bora zaidi ya wa kwetu.
Hatupendi kuthubutu. Mfano katika mpaka wa Mtukula, upande wa UG umechangamka zaidi ya wa TZ.
Hatupendi kusafiri na kujifunza. Mtu akipambanishwa na mgeni anakosa ujasiri kwani anaamini wakenya na waganda si watu wa kawaida. super zaidi yake.
Hatupendi kujisomea. Si wanafunzi wa vyuo, sekondari wala wananchi wa kawaida.mfano unaweza safiri toka dar mpaka mwanza. usione hata mtu anasoma gazeti.
 
Sababu ni nyingi watanzania hawana skills za kuongelea kuwa wanazo katika interviews na pia wa tz hawajisukumi. Na itakuwa hivi hadi walio wachache wataeendelea walio mabomu watazidi kula chini

Kuna mji mmoja USA kuna makampuni makubwa huko na moja kubwa sana sasa wenzetu wengi waishio huko wanafanya kazi I mean wamesoma na kazi ni lazima uwe umeenda shule unanielewa sasa watanzania wachache wana kazi zao nzuri zingine. Ila kampuni hiyo hakuna wa tz kama wapo basi ni ma cleaner au sijui nini. Na watz hawafikirii kwenda shule wapate kazi nzuri wakati wenzetu wanasoma huko wakiangalia mbele hata kama mwanzoni walizamia na waliingi USA na elimu ya sekondari

Sasa kama unavyoona inabidi watz kuelimishana kuwa shule ni muhimu
Ni kwanini Wakenya na Waganda wanawaoutshine watanzania katika nafasi nzuri za kazi hasa katika mashirika ya kimataifa hata ndani ya Tanzania.

Nafahamu Kugha ya Kiingereza ni moja ya sababu, naomba tujadili sababu nyingine zaidi, na nini watanzania wafanye ili kuwa bora zaidi.

Huwa nikisikia hivyo najisikia vibaya kweli najiuliza kwanini lakini?? Mimi kwa kweli hata wakati naandika maombi nilijiamini sana na nikasema nitashinda kwani wao nani bana. Na kweli nilishinda aaiii Watanzania hebu tujiamini bana hakuna kuwaogopa hawa watu ni midomo tu lakini kazi hakuna kabisa. Utakuta anakuja sales person kujitambulisha atakavyojieleza utasema aahhh huyu si ndo wakumpa kazi subiri sasa uitishe utashangaa atakavyochelewa kujibu mpaka umfatilie kama unamdai delivery sasa ndo kiboko wanapitisha hata siku tano hawakamilisha kazi aaahhh mie najivunia kuwa Mtanzania

Nakushukuru sana kwa kutoa ushuhuda huu, Watanzania wamekuwa na hii inferiority complex, mimi pia nafanya kazi kwenye kampuni ambayo pia ina branch Kenya, Uganda na Tanzania.Katika hizo department yetu ya ni Tanzania ndio imekuwa mfano kwa utendaji kazi na kila kitu.Na wanakuja hapa tunawafundisha kazi.
Naomba Watanzania tusikubali upuuzi huu, kama ni uzembe uko pote na si kwamba Tanzania ni zaidi au vipi.
Tunaweza jamani muamini hivyo na hata hicho Kiingereza wala hakuna kitu cha ajabu, kwani hamwelewani jamani, mbona wako Waganda na Wakenya pia kiingereza kibovu.
 
Lets not cheat ourselves. In today's world the language of business is English. Communication in English is paramount - oral and written. A very high percentage of graduates in Tanzania do not have any confidence to communicate using English. You may know so much, but if you do not kow how to communicate properly you will always remain in the lower ranks. Besides, how would a prospective employer establish that you know what you say you know if your certificates show that you studied English as a subject in Primary School and after that English was the medium of instruction and yet you cannot construct a sentence in English, a language which you have been exposed to for so many years? Can the prospective employer still believe you that you really know the other courses which you studied for a shorter time than English?

Another problem I have observed with Tanzanians is lack of reliability. Most of them wamejaaa "longo longo" and are bent to getting rich quickly by stealing from their employers. This culture is entrenched in our country and not many people are raising concern about it.

Tanzania tuliingia kwenye open market system wakati tukiwa na sera za ujamaa (soma katiba ya Tanzania kifungu cha 9). Mambo hayo mawili hayafanani kabisa na ndiyo maana watu wetu wanajaribu kushindania nafasi za kazi kwenye soko huria huku wakitumia njia za kijamaa; wataachwa na wale wanaotumia njia za kiushindani. Nina uhakika kuwa tuna watu wazuri sana wanaoweza kufanya kazi hizo ila hawajui namna ya kuziomba kiushindani.
 
Wabongo tuna utaratibu wa kujirudisha nyuma, tuna phobia ya ushindani. Tunaogopa kushindwa, na kwa mantiki hiyo hatupendi ushindani.
Tumezoea kupata chance kwenye vibakuli, ndo maana nepotism ni kubwa: Mfano Mkuu wa nchi na familia yake wameibinafsisha Ikulu.
Hatujiamini.
Tunapenda kukatishana tamaa badala ya kupeana moyo.

Kwa mfano: Kuna jambo niliamua kulifanya katika kupambana na maisha, cha ajabu marafiki zangu wote wakagoma kunisapoti eti kisa, hilo suala haliwezekani. Luckily nikafanikiwa! Baada ya hapo nao ndiyo wakafunguka macho na kupata moyo kwamba kumbe inawezekana. Ndiyo wako kwenye kulifanya kwa sasa. Kutokana na huu mfano, mara nyingi huwa najiuliza kama wangekubali kuniunga mkono na tukalifanya kwa pamoja wakati ule; leo si tungekuwa tunaelekea level nyingine?

Uvivu na kutopenda kujituma ni hali ambayo imeonekana ikileta ugumu kwa vijana wengi wa Tanzania kuleta ushindani wa soko huru la Afrika mashariki lilifunguliwa mnamo mwezi juni mwaka 2011 ili kuruhusu nchi za Kenya,Uganda,Rwanda,Burundi na Tanzania katika kushirikiana mambo mbalimbali ya kiuchumi ili kukuza uchumi wa pamoja wa Afrika mashariki.
Hali hiyo imeweza kujionesha katika makampuni mbalimbali wageni kutoka nje ya nchi kama Kenya na Uganda kupewa kipaumbele zaidi katika ofisi mbalimbali na kumiliki nafasi za juu za uongozi huku vijana wa kitanzania wakibaki kushika nafasi za chini sana kama usekretari,mesenja na ufagiaji wa maofisini hali ambayo imekuwa ikiwaumiza vijana wengi wa kitanzania lakini mkurugenzi mmoja wa kampuni ya masoko(jina linahifadhiwa) alikuwa na haya ya kusema......more ready....www.Vijana Tanzania.wordpress.com
 
Hata katika familia kuna mtoto unakuta yupo slow tu na si mjanja kama mwenzake,hivyo huwezi kuacha mwenye ujanja am-loot tu bila kumuandaa huyo slow nae awe fast kiasi flani....aisee inabidi tuwe makini sana na Wakenya,tukubali tusikubali.....jamaa wametutangulia halafu they dont give a f*** when it comes to looting......serikali yetu ambayo ndio ingetakiwa iwe imara sana kulinda wananchi nayo ndio mbovu kabisa bado msuli wake haujajaa vizuri kabisa...loopholes ni nyingi sana bongo,nyingi mno....
