Can't the Bible have a lot of bullshit and at the same time a lot of wisdom?
Did I ever say that the Bible is unquotable?
Some of the points in the Bible were there long before the Bible existed.
They were taken from "The Epic of Gilgamesh" and "The Egyptian Book of The Dead".
Do you know that? Do you know these books?
Do you know that some people use the Bible because of the currently easily accessible nature of its contents?
Do you know that you are presenting a logical non sequitur by equating the statement "the Bible is full of bullshit" with "the Bible is fully unquotable"?
Do you understand the two are not the same?
Do you understand that "The Prophecies of Nostradamus" are also full of bullshit, but, that does not make them unquotable.
Do you know that Homer's "The Iliad" and "Odyssey" are full of bullshit, but that does not make them unquotable.
Do you know that "The Satires of Juvenal" is full of bullshit, but that does not make it unquotable.
Do you know that Boccaccio's "The Decameron" is full of bullshit, but that does not make it unquotable.
Do you know that Drakes equation is full of bullshit, but that does not make it unquotable.
Do you know that Aesop's Fables are full of bullshit, but that does not make them unquotable.
Do you know that Wittgenstein's "Philosophical Investigations" is full of bullshit, but that dies not make it unquotable.
Do you know that Freud's "The Interpretation of Dreams" is full of bullshit, but that does nit make it unquotable.
Do you know that a book can be so quotable despite being full of bullshit?
Do you know that a book can be so quotable because it is full of bullshit?
