The thing is....ukiwa unakula chakula kidogo kuna muda unafika ndio kinakuwa kipimo chako by default. Ukila zaidi iwe kwa kunogewa ama tamaa tu then unaishia kuumwa tumbo (linajaa sana)......sasa.....that's where I'm at.
Binafsi katika chakula napenda ni makande...so sometimes huwa naongeza kidogo alafu naishia kusijikia uncomfortable. Kwahiyo chakula kikiwa kizuri sana nakula size yangu....kile ambacho ningetamani kuongeza naamua ntakila kesho nafsi inaridhika basi.🙂
