Ndugu yangu, KAMA NI VITENDO, endeleeni na mahafali yenu kama CCM wanavyofanya. Hapa Tutaona kama walinda amani wetu "watayalinda" mahafali ya sehemu zote mbili.
Ninavyoona miye, hata huko IRINGA, Mbeya, Tabora na kwingine kwenye taasisi za Elimu ya juu, MAHAFALI ya CHATO (no ai miini CHASO), HAYATAFANYIKA mwaka huu kwa "sababu mbalimbali"...Tisubiri tione..

Kwa msimamo wa serekali hii, nawashauri Chaso mtulie tu kwanza. Ni kaushauri kangu tu kwani hata mitihani hamjaifanya kwa nini mkose kuifanya kwa vyovyote vile? I have been to all G7 countries and have never stumbled over this kind of senseless exploitation of students by politicians. Schools, colleges and universities are only to indulge in the pursuit of their noble mission of being centers for academic excellence, for the greater good of humankind.

The government should seriously consider banning all political activities in our schools, colleges and universities, because, by their very nature, political activities are divisive and expose students to this kind of senseless exploitation by egocentric politicians!

You may have been in all G7 countries but not in their collages and universities, ok, may be there but not in how they run student's affairs.

Leo nimebahatika kwenda kwenye Ofisi ya Kamanda wa Mkoa Polisi Morogoro baada ya kutuita Viongozi wa CHADEMA Mkoa na Wilaya kuzungumzia Mahafali ya Chaso Mkoa yaliyokuwa yafanyike kesho tarehe 25/06/2016 ambapo Mgeni Rasmi ni Mhe. Edward Lowassa.

Cha kunishangaza tulipokuwa tunazungumza na RPC akasema yafuatayo:

1. Siwezi kuwaruhusu kufanya mahafali yoyote kwa kuwa Sasa hivi Haturuhusu mikusanyiko ya aina yoyote.
2. Hivi msipofanya mahafali mtapungukiwa nini..mahafali yana faida gani kwenu??
3. Mnafanyeje Mahafali bila wanafunzi kufanya mitihani yao??

Lakini wakati RPC anasema hayo kesho Jumamosi tar 25/06/2016..Shirikisho la CCM wanafanya Mahafali yao pale SAVOY HOTEL.

Sasa najiuliza;

1.Mahafali ya CCM yanayofanyika kesho sio mkusanyiko?? Tena kwa mujibu wa RPC wa Morogoro inaonesha CCM wanafanya mahafali yao bila kibali chochote.

2.Naendelea kujiuliza hivi RPC hakusoma sekondari wala Chuo kujua umuhimu Mahafali au hata kama hakusoma hakuwahi kusikia mahafali kwa jirani ili atambue umuhimu wake.

3. Naendelea kujiuliza kuwa RPC hajui kuwa wengi wetu na utaratibu tangu sekondari tumekuwa tukifanya mahafali kabla ya mitihani? Amekariri kuwa mahafali yanafanyika tu baada ya mitihani...kumbe yote yanawezekana.

Paul Alex, what you just said is plain terminological inexactitude on your part! Not only have I been to all G7 countries but I also have graduated from schools and universities in two of the G7 countries. So I have lived the campus life in a G7 country school; I am not saying this because a storyteller so told me!

I am not necessarily a pro-Magufuli government, but I am also not a brainwashed dude who would just jump on the critics' bandwagon for the sake of it. Just pause for minute and think about the guy in Zanzibar, who virtually has become CUF's life Secretary General and life presidential candidate, for example. This guy preaches what he and his fellow elites within the party do not practice. Some people have lost their CUF membership just because they sought to practice true democracy within the party. The same goes with top leadership in CDM. You already know what happened to a group of CDM members who attempted to defend democracy within the party. The guys in the opposition camp somehow think that they can have a democratic country without necessarily embracing democracy at the party level. They're simply wrong!!!

Trump is my everyday political punching bag, but he might have had a point when stated on October 25, 2015 that "...In my opinion, most of these African countries ought to be recolonized again for another 100 years because they know nothing about leadership and self governance..." As you may be aware, we have seen several countries where the opposition coalitions were able to defeat the longest serving ruling parties only to practice exactly the same (or even worse than the) undemocratic ways of governing, which the predecessor ruling parties had previously been accused by the successor parties of practicing!

I hope you're just suffering from cognitive biases, as opposed to emotional biases, because it's easier for someone on the other side to moderate your cognitive biases than it is to adapt to your emotional biases.

If not for your long essay, no one would think you are too verbal and less factual!
You could have easely hide your personal interests from the ruling government if you could talk about our national cry for now - DEMOCRACY!
But thanks to God yo've managed to show your colours as one of the ticks that has bennefited from the current system!
So, I know you would like to return the favour and may ask for more favours!
I don't know what you studied in the G7 appart from English course where you are exellent but I know you didn't study anything about organization growth and management styles.

Simply, leadership and management looks same to you and their requirements even same!
Its easy to replace managers but not leaders and organizations start with leaders.
Please read Grainer's model and review your previous comment about opposition parties leadership!
And after, answer to how low did Mwalimu JK stayed as a party leader and why?
And talk off any limmits to leadership terms during party inception that you know off!
