It shouldn't therefore, come to surprise that we spend a significant chunk of our precisious time to discuss about war with Kagame. We always wish someone could provoke us to fight. The war in Eastern Congo is about many complex reasons on top which are the following;
1. Security - Rwanda feels unsafe with FDLR and other extremist Hutu murderous groups lurking in its backyard
2. Economy - Rwanda and Uganda have vested interests in eastern DRC and so does Pres Kabila and his cronies from Kinshasa

I somehow beg to differ. Kabila is the president of an independent country called DRC and he has the obligation to protect it according to the oath he took as president. Kabila does not have an interest in DRC, he is the DRC itself! All the others you have mentioned are intruders.
