This was very unprofessional on the part of the company, i personally know that he worked very hard for the company to set up there retail business. Rishabh had a good job in Dubai, Mr Ghalib and his team some years back had requested him to join the company and he was working closely with them. After all the years of service this is definitely not expected out of GSM. And because of these few handful of unprofessional people it puts the whole country on a bad light. This incident will go out to other Indians in our Industry and will create a bad name for the company and the Country. While most of the people in Tanzania are very sweet and welcoming, becuase of a handful of people the whole country earns a bad name.
The retail business that Rishabh had setup for GSM group created more jobs for local people. The reason why expats are called to any country is to value add in areas which can develop new opportunities for the country.
