As regards to working permit, this is for the purpose of enabling a non Tanzanian to obtain the legal power to work here in Tanzania, whether you have it or not but you happened to obtain an employment income, you will be taxed and subjected to social security contribution like other Tanzanian.

As regards to responsibility to comply with the Tax legislation, this is the responsibility of three people, An Accountant, Managing Director (ceo) and Directors of the company.

RAJ's responsibility was operational, the only authority who would hold him responsible for some sort of negligence in handling business transactions is his employer.

So far, He is safe in all aspects.

If you work in Day and mid night they say you need to leave company, i think does not call notice, it calls thread,

Tell me one thing your money your belongings, your phone were taken and threaten to kill, would you wait to die or first protect yourself and than handle the matter, use common sense.
