The ministry of Labor will be happy to be informed that he is no longer in the country and being terminated by his employer, and their next move they will confirm with GSM who is considered as his sponsor to veryfy his employment status with the company, next they will revoke/strip his work permit, that will be the end of it. Labor dispute issues need to be filed at the arbitration office.
He should contact Indian embassy in Dar as Salaam, and also he should report to the ministry of home affairs since he is no longer in the country, otherwise I would have advised him to report to the police.

Any advice is worth exploring, but don't forget that GSM is not like any other company. They hold sway at very high places in government that can overlook anything to do with CMA.
His position is made worse by being away. All these issues need close followup in person.

Even if he is away he can still appoint someone to file the referral on his behalf, and the matter can still be pursued, his rights are protected.

Contract was not terminated, neither ever told me or gave me notice of termination, in the day, i was working normally & in the night it happened.
Well there is one another person who ran away came back to work after 4 months, Inam Saudagar, also might they afraid, since i hold lots of sensitive information, might i can tell any officials.

Since i was drop without money, phone at mid night and due to safety i decided to come out and board the flight, as mid night no money no phone to call and get help.
They have booked my ticket without telling me.
 
I would like to know few things before tell you what to do, I will take this matter personally n can file a case on your behalf if satisfied:-

1. how did you got your monthly emoluments? is it through bank account or cash?
2. for how long you have been working with them?
3. do you have any relative in Tanzania?
4. who took you to airport? Did you reported the matter to any official at airport during checkin?
5. who rented the house, you used to stay while at Tanzania? And where did you live?

1- Some times bank some time cash, i have account in bank.
2- I started in 2015 May, as operations manager, gradually promoted as GM.
3-Yes i have.
4-All those 7 people, i did not report matter at airport.
5-company accommodation, i furnished the apartment by myself. it was MICKOCHINI B, opposite to NSSF apartment.

you are lucky you are still breathing, those guys were about to deport your 'corpse' back to India, just know that you are not going to elevate any of these to justice, do your self a favor stay in India and you be way safer that way as these guys have all the windows all over the gvt! FYI

most tz folks don't like seeing you guys in around their land kicking 'bucks' , while they're jobless , just saying!
