First and foremost, find someone to report the incident at a police station, including the issue of your phone number, being robbed by your boss. This will revoke all future criminal reaponsibility, if "any" happens using your phone number.

Secondly, if you cannot find someone to report it at a police station in tanzania, since your away from tanzania, then you can go and file your "complaint report" to the "Tanzanian Ambassador" in India. And they will direct you on further steps to take.

Badala yetu tumuoneshe njia huyu mtu ili yafichuke machafu yanayo fanywa na ma BOSS wanaolindwa na "baadhi" ya viongozi wa serikali, ambao wanatumia MABAVU kuonea watu wasio na pesa. Chaajabu tunaanza TAARABU sijui; umeonea wa bongo wenzetu wangapi!!! Sijui mshahara wako hauendani na elim yako!!! Sijui dawa yako!!! Na ujinga mwingine mwingi.

WITO WANGU: kama raia mtanzania, ninaependa nchi yetu, tuungane na tushikamane juu ya maswala ya KUONEWA KWA RAIA/WAFANYAKAZI/WAFANYA BIASHARA na UKANDAMIZWAJI unaofanywa na matajiri (kama huu)

They used you,at the moment they don't need you .But why did you even check in ?Did they force you to board the plane ?You were supposed to stay in Tanzania and fight for your rights.

Thanks , yes my number is still with Mohammed Saleh(CIO), not only number my personal email id and password taken from me by showing weapons in mid night, I will try to connect with Tanzanian ambassador" tomorrow.
 
To me this seems a Labour dispute, you can file a complaint at the Commission for Mediation and Arbitration for unlawful termination of your employment contract ; if you succeed you will be compensated

The earlier you report the better, because your CEO might turn against you and claim that you have left the country without his consent. And that your the one who breached the contract.

Secondly, best prepare all the important evidence/claims/proof on how they expelled you by force from Tanzania (for example request the records on who booked you the plane ticket, and who made the payments to the agent), this will prove your not the one who booked the ticket, the earlier you do it the best timing, before they distemper/distort the evidence. And you will remove alot of burden on your side, such as future blames e.t.c
