Now i can see why GSM have such a hiring policy! It is because they can easily get rid of any foreigner if they see fit. And that is why i asked one of the members here if GSM have any authority when it comes to immigration.

The way i understand, the company itself, does not have any authority to deport. They must involve the immigration authorities, and maybe labor dept.

It seems to me, that the government needs to take a look on this. Even if there was some immigration officers to conduct the arrest, still this is a "lawful" procedure, and because of GSM's influence(politically), this was done without proper procedures.

I am going to do, Max, Splash, Babyshop, Danube, all i helped company honestly to built, work for them day night and got this reward.

Mr Rishbah, please do not fool us , Max, Splash, Babyshop and Danube are franchises and when being establisbed the parent company sends its team for 6 months to ensure all the systems are well set up and working, theu also train the staff.

I am sure you were only the out let manager,and at USD4000/= , GSM deserves to whatever you have done.

I think those companies like GSM, are taking advantage of the poor rules and regulations on our labor industry.

And that is the reason they opt for foreigners!They know if they have a few politicians in their pockets, then they can hire and fire foreigners at their will.

The more they drag this, the more they're getting exposed!

And it might be too late!
