I mean, you don't even have the decency to get back to your customers' inquiries!
Does it cost a fortune to get back to someone you've promised you would?
If your vision is to be the 'Go-To' bank, guess what, you are doing a damn good job at being the 'Don't-Go-To' bank.
Do you even realize that we now have various and sundry options to chose from?
If you do, you sure don't act like it.
