Kwa nini usidhani kuwa ujumbe huu utakuwa umeulenga utawala wa juu wa NBC wenye kuongozwa na CEO Mzambia asiyejua neno hata moja la Kiswahili!!!

Nilifungua akaunti huko; sikurudi hata kwenda uliza kama wananikumbuka. Nilisamehe 50 thou yangu kabisaaaa. Wengine mtasema najishaua, hapana. Hao makarani wao, ukiritimba wao, mwone naniii palee, mwone nanii palee, nikajikuta najiuliza, nimefuata nini hapa?

Mm hii bank imenichoshaa.. nasubir acct yng ya mshahara ya bank flan iwe confirmed km watanisikia. Walinifungia acct nikaenda kuwauliza ohh inabid uhakiki acct yk nikafanya hivyo baada ya kutaka vitu kibao.. nikasubir kitu holla afta 3 weeks wananipigia simu eti nipeleke chet cha kuzaliwa,najiuliza hivi naomba ajira or?? Ni wasumbufu sanaaa
 
Nyani hongera kwa kufikisha ujumbe kwa ushairi ulioenda shule. Mimi nilikwenda hapo kuomba kuunganishiwa huduma ya e banking ni kichefuchefu! huu ni mwezi wa nane sasa bado cheche. Nimebadilisha branch zaidi ya tatu, watumishi wengine hawajui kama kuna kitu cha namana hiyo, wengine wanakujazisha mafomu lukuki na kukuambia usubiri sms wapi bwana!! hamna kitu. Sasa najiuliza hata kama nataka kuangalia bank statement mpaka nikapange foleni karne ya sasa hivi?

....mamaeeee!, they've been in the game since 19 kweusi and they still don't have Ebanking up to this time and age?!!

.........Bank zote bongo ni uzushii tu, nilianza na NBC ovyo, postal bank uozo kabisaa, CRDB nayo inajikongoja tu.

Zote ni hovyoo tu, mara ukienda ATM closed......mara ATM haina pesa. Sasa nipo standard charter na exim japo bado ni keroo tu.

Nyani hongera kwa kufikisha ujumbe kwa ushairi ulioenda shule. Mimi nilikwenda hapo kuomba kuunganishiwa huduma ya e banking ni kichefuchefu! huu ni mwezi wa nane sasa bado cheche . Nimebadilisha branch zaidi ya tatu, watumishi wengine hawajui kama kuna kitu cha namana hiyo, wengine wanakujazisha mafomu lukuki na kukuambia usubiri sms wapi bwana!! hamna kitu. Sasa najiuliza hata kama nataka kuangalia bank statement mpaka nikapange foleni karne ya sasa hivi?
Unapotaka banki statement huwa wanadai ulipie kama ni ya miezi mi3, 6 n.k: swali langu ni; endapo nina internet banking halafu nikajipatia hiyo huduma watanikata hela kunako a/c yangu?
 
Umeandika vizuri sana mkuu... Wasiotaka kuelewa waache, customer service culture kwa kweli NBC hawana mimi nilikua nikienda nashangaa hata washkaj wangu wanajifanya hawanijui na mbaya zaidi nakua nmewapelekea bankers cheque kiasi cha kuipokea tu basi ntasimama hapo kaunta wanajizungusha tu... Mweh!

Hahaah,,,,,,,,sijawahi kuwa mteja wa huko lakini kuna kipindi nilitaka kufungua akaunti. The way nilivyopokelewa na customer care wao niliahirisha zoezi lililonipeleka
 
Nimewahi kupeleka pesa NBC tawi la Arusha kuweka kwa akaunt ya alienituma. Matatizo niliyopata kwenye foleni niliapa sitokaa nifungue akaunti huko.

Hawana organisation hata kidogo. Uzuri wao hawajashiriki escrow wala EPA...
 
Hakuna benki yenye uafadhali, hata CRDB wanaelekea hukohuko

Uzuri wa CRDB huwa wanajitahidi sana kutatua matatizo. Mfano ile foleni pale Azikiwe eventually wakaja na utatuzi ambao ni endelevu.

CRDB na kwenyewe yale yale, mimi ku-update password tu ilichukua zaidi ya mwezi, ikabidi niwe napanga foleni. Halafu nilijua ndo benki bora, hapo ndipo nikagundua kila kitu Bongo miyeyusho.

I mean, you don't even have the decency to get back to your customers' inquiries!

Does it cost a fortune to get back to someone you've promised you would?

If your vision is to be the 'Go-To' bank, guess what, you are doing a damn good job at being the 'Don't-Go-To' bank.

Do you even realize that we now have various and sundry options to chose from?

If you do, you sure don't act like it.

Oh well....you've just lost a customer and hopefully you will lose a whole lot more.
