You are a pathetic piece of junk masquerading as a caring, customer-centric financial services provider.

I mean, you don't even have the decency to get back to your customers' inquiries!

Does it cost a fortune to get back to someone you've promised you would?

If your vision is to be the 'Go-To' bank, guess what, you are doing a damn good job at being the 'Don't-Go-To' bank.

Do you even realize that we now have various and sundry options to chose from?

If you do, you sure don't act like it.

Oh well....you've just lost a customer and hopefully you will lose a whole lot more.

Ukitaka better customer care weka benki kuanzia 100m na kuendelea. Ila hizi hela za pipi hizi kila siku unataka wakupigie simu Nyani Ngabu?

Tafuta mtonyo Escrow upate walau hata 100m na we ukaitafute benki ndogo kama Akiba Commercial uanze nao mdogo mdogo utaona jinsi wanavyokutwangia simu kila wiki.

Hawa jamaa wapumbavu sana, nikikuwa nahitaji kufanya SIM Banking, kwa kuwa namba ya simu ya zamani si ile ninayoitumia kwa sasa, nimeshazunguka hadi nimekata tamaa. Ati ku_update tu, hadi niende kwa lawyer athibitishe sijui nini, then nijaze fomu upya(kana kwamba ninafungua account), na blah blah nyingine.

Tumebishana sana hadi nikaamua ku_comply to their ----, mwisho wa siku hakuna kitu kilichofanyika, nimefika Branch 3 za NBC kote ni ujinga huo huo, now it is more than 2months toka nianze kufuatilia na hakuna dalili yeyote..CRDB kitu hicho hicho nimepata huduma hiyo niliyokuwa naipata awali(SIM Banking) just in two days!

So NBC sucks?...yeah, actually sucks big time.

Mkuu, ningekuelewa iwapo jina la usajili la mteja wa benki ni tofauti na lile ambalo linaonekana katika usajili wa simu. Lakini iwapo kila kiltu ji sawa ya nini usumbufu huu?
Pili, kama utaratibu umebadilishwa kwanini kwanini wasiwe na fomu tayari ambazo zimekwisha gongwa/zimewekewa muhuri na wateja kujaza tu(as long as majina yote ni sahihi)?

Tatu, kama ndivyo hivyo huoni haina umaana kwa sababu nikifika kupata huduma hiyo nitahitaji kuwa na namba ya siri ya zamani, ambayo nitaiweka ili kuweka namba mpya, na namba hii nitaijua tu kama nilikuwa natumia ATM or service yao?.

Tukiongelea hapo tutakuja hata kwenye suala la makazi, ni watumishi wangapi wa umma karibu kila baada ya miaka mitatu wengine huhamishwa vituo, na unakuta hata kama si frequent as miezi mitatu, unakuta mf alikuwa anakaa kimara sasa hivi yuko yombo, lakini baada ya muda kaenda mbezi beach, simply because physical address inabadilika na mteja huyu unadhani naye aende kwa mwanasheria kuthibitidha hilo? Mwisho: Kwanini utaratibu hu uwe kwa benki hii tu? Halafu mbona pamoja na utaratibu huo MBOVU bado sijapata huduma niliyoihitaji? Zaidi nimepata ujumbe tu toka NBC eti "fedha zangu ziko salama"..did i ask for that? Nilichohitaji sijafanikiwa bado halafu mnanipa taarifa ya vitu nisivyovihitaji!
