Umeandika vizuri sana mkuu... Wasiotaka kuelewa waache, customer service culture kwa kweli NBC hawana mimi nilikua nikienda nashangaa hata washkaj wangu wanajifanya hawanijui na mbaya zaidi nakua nmewapelekea bankers cheque kiasi cha kuipokea tu basi ntasimama hapo kaunta wanajizungusha tu...
