A thorough perusal of the Notice of Motion and the averments in the affidavit, two major grounds on which the application is based clearly comes out.

Grammatically kwa ilivyo, kuna neno lazima lianze kabla ya neno A thorough.. au kama unaamua kuanza hivyo ulivyoanza then kuna neno linamiss hapo katikati ya neno affidavit na neno two halafu ikiwa hivyo then maneno 'comes out' yanakuwa redundant

Grounds come au ground comes....
There you are.......in English grammar, ile kanuni ya nafsi......
  • First person is the I/we perspective.
  • Second person is the you perspective.
  • Third person is the he/she/it/they perspective.

"two major grounds on which the application is based clearly comes out."❌

Naamini hivyo pia. Angeanza na kitu kama 'After a thorough...' ama 'following a thorough..." au vitu vya aina hiyo, nadhani sentensi ingekaa vizuri.
