Supermarket In-Charge (1 Post)
Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily supermarket operations
Supervise, lead, and motivate staff to achieve excellent customer service
Ensure proper stock control and product availability
Implement and enforce store policies and procedures
Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to meet targets
Ensure a clean, safe, and secure shopping environment
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues promptly
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
3 years and above experience in retail management or supermarket operation
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Cashier (5 Posts)
Work Station: Dar es Salaam

Responsibilities:

Receive and process customer payments accurately
Issue receipts and ensure correct billing
Maintain proper cash handling and daily reconciliation
Provide professional and friendly customer service
Maintain cleanliness and order at the cashier area
Prepare daily cash reports and submit them to management
Adhere to company policies and financial procedures
Qualifications & Experience:

At least a Diploma in a business-related field
Not less than three (3) years’ experience as a cashier
Previous cashier experience is an added advantage
Basic computer and POS machine skills are an added advantage
Honest, reliable, and customer-focused
