Traffic on roads consists of road users including pedestrians, ridden or herded animals, vehicles, streetcars, buses and other conveyances, either singly or together, while using the public way for purposes of travel
Don't cherry pick bro! Nimekuuliza kwamba does it make any sense (economically and even rationally) to put a traffic light control system for pedestrians and cyclists? Does Chato have hundreds of pedestrians and cyclists who commute daily to and from their residences to a point of installing such a traffic system?
Sidhani hata kama hapo Chato kuna rush hours kwenye traffic!
