Mkuu jamaa kasema hiyo 18M ni net profit yaani baada ya kutoa gharama zote (unless kama amekosea..)

Sababu according to him kwa siku ni 1M ambayo ni 30M kwa mwezi kwahiyo utaona running cost ameweka ni zaidi ya 12M kila mwezi

Ideas zimetolewa nzuri, watu pia wana ari... lakini jinsi ya kuchukua hatua zinazofuata na uwezo wetu wa kuendelea kulifuatilia ndio kitakachotofautisha mazungumzo baada ya habari na kuanzisha biashara/kampuni ya kweli. Nashauri yafuatayo:

1. Ajitokeze kiongozi/coordinator/moderator
2. Tupate summary ya potential businesses
3. Tuangalie jinsi ya kukutana - kama ni online meeting (itawapatia nafasi na walio nje ya mji/nchi) au ana kwa ana ili kufahamiana
4. Tupige kura juu ya top 3 ideas ambazo watu wangependa kuwekeza
5. Zikusanywe au zitengenezwe business plans kwa ajili ya hizo business zilizoshinda katika # 4 na inayoonyesha highest RoI ipewe kipaumbele
6. Kusanya "firm commitments" na kuangalia starting capital (idadi ya active members x 5Mill) - hadi hapa bila shaka wababaishaji watakuwa wameshajitoa
7. Formalize kampuni kwa kusajili kampuni/organization, fungua accounts, tin #, unda katiba etc
8. Members wanapitisha katiba, wanasaini mkataba wa kuwekeza na kuanza kutia pesa kwenye account ya kampuni
