Please!! What's the first cause? Also who caused the first cause ??
Asante
TASK FORCE kunialika hapa.

It doesnot follow that if 1 and 2 are truethen 3 must be true.
Sasa tukirudi kwenye first cause, hoja ni hii.
1. The universe must have had a first cause
2.The first cause by definition started everything
3.The first cause is God.
What if the first cause is something inherently non personal like logical consistency, mathematical entropy, the second law of thermodynamics etc?
Are you going to say the second law of thermodynamics is God? Are you going to say Mathematical entropy is God?
So, that is if at all you accept thevery notion of a first cause.
But what if the notion of a first cause is an illussion caused by our little and confined experience at our scale of the universe?
If you dig deep into Einstein's Relativity and Quantum Physics, you will see that the passage of time is relative. If you go even deeper in Quantum Physics, you will see that, at a certain level, causality is not fundamental.
Causes happen after effects, effects happen before causes. Time itself stands still from the perspective of a ray of light moving at the speed of light in a vacuum. From this ray of light's perspective, time and distance does not exist. The ray is able to be at all points on its path at the same time.
So time is an illusion that is caused by our speed.
It is impossible for anything with mass, however minute, to reach the speed of light in a vacuum. Because the more you approach the speed of light, the more your mass approaches infinity, and the more you need infinity energy just to move an infinitesimally insignificant distance in space.
But if we were able to attain the speed of light in some way, time would cease to exist. And causality is defined by time, therefore, causality would cease to exist.
This shows, at the quantum level, causality is not so important at all.
What is ruling that world is probabilistic quantum dynamics.
Not causality.
What does that mean?
This entire focus on "the fist cause is wrong.
It is like looking for the first angle in a circle, or the smell of the national anthem, or a deaf man trying to know the color of a Michael Jackson song.
Because, to that deaf man, color is what he can work with, sound is something he does not understand.
