acha mawazo mgando, kwan wanasifia jina au utamu wa kahawa? ila wataz tukizubaa ndipo jina litatumiwa ktk leble za kahawa za nchi nyingine ambazo sio nzuri then itaonekana kahawa yetu mbaya.
 
kahawa tamu kuliko zote ipo bukoba hila roho mbaya watu wa serikali kwa maksudi uliojaa wivu waliacha kupeleka madawa ya ddt ambayo ilikuwa inaua wadudu dawa hii ilikuwa ikipigwa mashambani hata mbu wanapotea ikatokea propaganda kuwa inateta cancer kumbe siyo. kahawa robosta zinaroho hafifu zilikauka.
 
Kahawa yetu ni nzuri sana, na kwa kweli hata ukiwa unatengeneza kikombe chako ile harufu inamvutia alieko karibu, nakumbuka kuna bibi wa kizungu aliniuliza kahawa ya wapi hiyo?
Fursa ni nzuri ingawa jirani wameisha peleka sana ulaya na hawakuanza leo ila na sisi kama serikali itasaidia kwa kuwapa watu export license bila vikwazo vingi nafikiri tungefika huko na bidhaa nyingi tu, pia packaging ndio tatizo kwetu ingawa wapo wafanyabiashara wanaopeleka baadhi ya vitu nje kama Middle East lakini soko la ulaya na America bado sana

Kweli mkuu!,lkn pamoja na changamoto hizo siyo mbaya taratibu tutafika tuu!.

wanaunua kwa bei cheee mnagawanya nusu faida,wakiona watu wamaanza kun'goa mikahawa
wanatangaza kwamba kahawa yetu ni nzuri ili watu wavutiwe walime tena.

achukue maamuzi magumu,kulima ila

Katika picha nimenunua Japan, yen 1300, kama usd 12.

Tatizo kubwa ni bei kwa wakulima. Middle man ndiyo anachukua faida. Mkulima anapata $1-3 kwa kilo. Hiyo ya picha ni gram 200 tu, $12 ikifika madukani.

Afrika Mashariki, Uganda ndiyo bingwa wa kuzalisha, akifuata Tanzania na mwisho Kenya.

Mabingwa wa uzalishaji duniani ni Brazil.
Kahawa zao zipo katika migahawa kama zetu lakini pia zinauzwa na makampuni ya kimataifa kama nestle. Hapo ndiyo kuna pesa. Ukiweza kuwauzia hao, umeshinda game.

Inabidi ujipange katika biashara hii. Bila kuuza mwenyewe nje, hutapata faida.

7-11 wananunua jumla kutoka kwa mtu wa Kati. Mkulima wetu hapati kitu hapo. Sawa sawa na kahawa ya picha juu. Faida karamba mjanja.

If coffee growing was an Olympic event, it'd be a marathon not a sprint. And not just because Africa totally dominates. Being a coffee superpower requires years of economic, infrastructural, and government investment. Plus a bean-friendly terrior, farmers dedicated to quality control, and a trust in industry buyers to bring the beans to the masses.
So, which countries shell out the best beans? To get an idea, we asked a group of 11 roasters and writers to weigh in. Obviously, with all of the variables involved, naming favorite countries is not an easy task. Almost all of our contributors expressed hesitation about throwing their hat into the ring (too much Deadly Grounds, perhaps), and one roaster even pulled their choices for fear of upsetting their farmers.
Naturally, personal bias in taste, education, and life experience influence one's picks, but by polling a diverse cross-section of the coffee world, we feel like this is an honest pulse of the industry, as taken from some of its finest minds. Dare we say 'definitive'? To the dismay of the comments section, we dare. Here are the results, with the reasoning below.
