Hii itakusaidia kukumbuka kila hatua na mwenendo wa siku yako,mathalani pamoja na mambo mengine leo uligombana na jirani yako,ukarushiana maneno machafu na mfanyakazi mwenzako,na kuna uzembe ulifanya kwenye shughuli yako

Kwa kufanya tathimini hii itakufanya kujua makosa yako ili kesho usiweze kuyarudia tena,hakuna ubaya katika kufanya makosa kwasababu makosa hutufundisha nakutuwezesha kuwa bora zaidi,kibaya ni kurudia makosa yale yale kila mara

Na kwanini tunarudia kila mara kwasababu hatujakaa chini na kuyatambua makosa yetu,lau ukitambua makosa yako na kuyatafakari kwa kina inakupa nafasi ya kurekebisha pale unapokosea

Mathalani ukijichunguza sababu iliyokufanya ugombane na jirani utaona ni ya kipuuzi sana,na saa nyingine unaweza kujiuliza hivi kama ningechagua kukaa kimya huenda ningeepusha mengi na huenda nisinge gombana na jirani yangu

Faida nyingine ya kujifanyia personal reflection ni kutambua yale mazuri uliyoyafanya kwako binafsi na kwa jamii inayokuzunguka,itakuwa ni chachu ya kukufanya uzidi kufanya mambo mazuri zaidi kwenye siku zijazo

Na kuandika sio lazima liwe gazeti bali inaweza kuwa summary yenye sentence fupi fupi lakini iliyokusanya taarifa zako kwa siku hiyo

Mwanzoni inaweza kuwa ngumu na kuonekana kama kitu cha ajabu lakini kadri unavyo endelea na utaratibu huu itabadilika na kuwa kitu unapenda kukifanya kila siku
