No, the truth is that this is happening because US economy is broken. Every month, the US consume far more wealth than they produce. Because the outflow of money is far greater than the inflow, they have to go to major exporting nations and beg them to lend their dollars back to USA so that the US can pay their bills. Meanwhile, the quality of the jobs in US continues to go down and formerly great manufacturing cities are rotting and decaying example DETROIT .
