First 2 things

1. Get rid of CCM. They have had 50 years most of them completely unopposed and they have failed miserably. We cannot take another chance by giving them another 50 years. Even though i am skeptical of Chadema, they at least deserve a chance. Lets see what they can do.

2. Education, Education, Education. This cannot be stressed enough. The simple fact is educated people tend to make better decisions. They tend to look to the future rather than just the present. They are not likely to be bribed by a sack of maize, T shirt or Khanga. They know their rights and are thus less fearful.

The PRIME MINISTER: Coward, lack confidence to make critical decisions for the interest of his country.

CABINET MINISTERS: Aggressively and busy looting this country BILLIONS OF US $$$...the likes of Maige, Nundu, Nyalandu et el
HOUSE SPEAKER: Arrogant, small-minded, corrupt, runs the bunge like a dictator......Doesn't have a clue on how to run the legislature.
MP's/CONGRESSMEN: When you have witch doctors (Maji Marefu) as your MP's what do you expect......a sign of hopelessness and aura of gloom among the wananchi.
RELIGIOUS LEADERS: Bogus and spreading fear mongering and udini. They are in the payroll, remain silent even when the politicians in power continue to loot this country.
EDUCATION SECTOR: When you have a std 7 leavers who can't read or write, while shule za kata continue breeding vilaza then we have major issues. We are becoming a nation of fools and illiterates.
FOOD SECTOR: Farmers continue to be supplied with fake/toxic fertillizers. Some day all our arable land will become barren! Fake eggs, expired beers, fake infant/baby formula etc. have flooded the streets. TBS doesn't care!
HEALTH SECTOR: Fake drugs are everywhere in the streets poisoning and killing innocent people. Hospitals are dilapidated, doctors are ignored and ill-compensated.
INFRASTRUCTURE: Traffic jams all over the streets of Dar. While TRC, TAZARA, and ATCL are all but defunct.
ENERGY SECTOR: Power rationing continues as IPTL company continue to get paid millions of $$$ every month. No clean water for wananchi. Vehicles get filled with diluted gasoline at gas stations........mmmmnnnhhh!
TOURISM SECTOR: Wildlife continues to be destroyed, someday we may end up having national parks with just miti and majani, and wonder if there will be any more tourists visiting Tanzania.
MINNING SECTOR: Minning companies continue to pay only 2% of the revenue to the government while enjoying long term tax exemption!
WANANCHI/WADANGANYIKA: Gentler, kinder and nduguz-attitude have transformed wadanganyika into chronic fools……...... who would continue to support CCM at any cost even in 2015!
THE YOUNG GUNS/YOUNG GENERATION of PUPETS: Peter Serukamba, Nape, January, Bibo etc.....kimyaaaaaaa……..which is why there's an old saying that every man has his own price....................mmeshanunuliwa!
TANZANIANS IN DIASPORA: Busy opening CCM branches all over US, UK, EUROPE day in day out...that says a lot about how hopeless, retarded and feeble minded we have become even after getting the western or oveseas exposure!

I agree with you 90%. And yes we are gentle and kind. But believe me our Nduguz altitude has cemented us together into one fighting force. The so called fisadis, their days are numbered. I can even count them. One , two , three and it is all over. The only people who are chronic fools are the ones who believe that they can get away with treachery.


I will tell this from the bottom of my heart. Tanzania as a nation is very safe. Those who have something to fear are the FISADIZ. GOD BLESS BONGOLAND.

Those are mere Ngonjeras. I have sung them throughout my youthful life. They help us nothing. The only thing is to take up our Pangas and fight for our nation,s freedom in streets. Our salvation will come, though, when the resident of Dar understand that, they too have the right to take at least two meals a day. Third one is for the most fortunate.

Kwa ubadhilifu huu wa matrilioni, Watanzania tumepotea njia

Elias Msuya TAARIFA ya Mdhibiti na Mkaguzi Mkuu wa Hesabu za Serikali (CAG) ya mwaka 2010/2011 imefichua siri ya umasikini wa Watanzania na kukatisha kabisa tamaa ya maendeleo kama ilivyoaidiwa na wanasiasa. Taarifa hiyo iliyosomwa na CAG Ludovick Utoh imesema deni la taifa limeongezeka kwa asilimia 38 kutoka Sh10.5 trilioni mwaka 2010 mpaka Sh14.4 trilioni mwaka 2011. Deni hilo limeongezeka baada ya serikali kukopa kwenye mabenki ya ndani na nje ya nchi kwa lengo la kutekeleza miradi mbalimbali ya maendeleo. CAG Utoh alisema, mbali na kuongezeka kwa deni hilo pia serikali imepoteza zaidi ya Sh1.2 trilioni kutokana na misamaha ya kodi isiyokuwa ya lazima. Katika ukaguzi wa serikali za mitaa, CAG alizitaja halmashari za Arusha, Songea, Morogoro, Kilindi na Misungwi kuwa na hati zisizoridhisha. Kwa upande wa ukaguzi wa mashirika ya umma Utoh amesema, ofisi yake imegundua usimamizi mbovu kwenye uendeshaji wa Chuo Kikuu cha Dodoma–UDOM na kwamba majengo ya chuo hicho hayana hati miliki. Kuhusu misamaha ya kodi CAG alisema mawaziri na wabunge ni miongoni mwa vigogo wanaojinufaisha na Sheria ya Msamaha wa Kodi kinyume cha taratibu. Orodha ya majina ya watu waliosamahewa kodi na Serikali katika mwaka wa fedha 2009/2010 iliyopo katika tovuti ya Wizara ya Fedha, inaonyesha majina ya baadhi ya mawaziri, wabunge na wakuu wa taasisi za Serikali wakiwa wamenufaika na misamaha hiyo. CAG Utouh katika ripoti yake, anasema misamaha ya kodi iliyotolewa kwa taasisi mbalimbali, hadi kufikia Juni 30,2011 ni Sh1.02 trilioni sawa na asilimia 18 ya makusanyo yote ya Mamlaka ya Mapato Tanzania (TRA) na kueleza kuwa eneo hilo la misamaha ya kodi linapaswa kutazamwa ili kuepuka kuwa na makusanyo pungufu ya kodi. Mbali na ripoti hiyo, wiki iliyopita tumeshuhudia pia madudu mengi katika ripoti za kamati za Bunge za Mashirika ya Umma na ile ya Serikali za mitaa zimeibua madudu serikalini ambayo yamewaweka matatani mawaziri wanane akiwamo Waziri Georghe Mkuchika, Mustapga Mkulo, Lazaro Nyalandu, William Ngeleja, Ezekiel Maige, Haji Mponda, Cyril Chami, Profesa Jumanne Maghembe na Omari Nundu. Yote hayo yameonyesha jinsi Tanzania inavyokabiliwa na ubadhirifu mkubwa wa mali ya umma. Haya ni madudu yaliyobainika kwa muda mfupi tu katika safari ndefu ya Uhuru wa Tanzania. Tangu nchi yetu ipate uhuru miaka 50 iliyopita tumepitia tawala nne yaani Marehemu Julius Nyerere, Ali Hassan Mwinyi, Benjamin Mkapa na sasa wa Rais Jakaya Kikwete. Katika tawala zote hizo, kilio kikubwa ni jinsi gani wananchi wataondokana na umasikini. Wakati wa Nyerere, alijitahidi kujenga msingi wa taifa kimaadili ili kufikia maendeleo ya kweli, utawala wa Rais Jakaya Kikwete, umebainisha mambo yanayorudisha nyuma uchumi wa Taifa. Hatuwezi kujitetea bali huu ni wizi na ubadhirifu wa mali ya umma. Ni kweli katika utawala wake Rais Kikwete amejitahidi kuweka uwazi katika Serikali yake ikiwamo ripoti hii ya CAG na uhuru wa vyombo vya habari. Lakini, je, ripoti na taarifa zinazotolewa na vyombo vya habari nchini zinafanyiwa kazi? Au madudu yakishaonekana ndiyo yanaachwa hapohapo? Tumeshuhudia madudu mengi tu katika utawala huu, tena kibaya zaidi wanaofanya hivyo wanatajwa kuwa mawaziri na watendaji wa serikali wakishirikiana na wafanyabiashara matajiri. Mawaziri na wateule wengine wa Rais ndiyo wako karibu kwa ajili ya kumshauri na kumsaidia kutekeleza mikakati yake ya maendeleo. Lakini ndiyo hao hao wanaokula kila kilichoko mbele yao. Hii ndiyo siri ya umasikini wa Mtanzania. Siku zote Watanzania wanateseka kwa maisha magumu, wengi wakishindia mlo mmoja, watoto wao wakishindwa kwenda shule hata za kata na wengine kukosa huduma za afya. Kumbe tatizo ni viongozi wachache tu ambao wameamua kujimilikisha mgawo wa Watanzania. Kwa lugha nyingine umasikini wa Watanzania umesababishwa na watu wachache ambao hawana uchungu kwa taifa. Kutokana na hali hiyo Watanzania tumepoteza mwelekeo wa maendeleo. Zile ahadi za maisha bora kwa kila Mtanzania zimekuwa ndoto za mchana. Imefika mahali sasa turudi nyuma tutafute uelekeo mwingine. Ni kweli serikali iliyoko madarakani ni halali, lakini kama haitekelezi kile ilichotuahidi, uhalali wake uko wapi? Hivi uhalali wa kiongozi ni kuchaguliwa tu? Halafu akichaguliwa akageuka na kuwa kibaka, tukuangalie tu? Ndiyo maana nikasema kuwa ifike mahali Watanzania tutafakari upya mwenendo wa Serikali yetu na kutafuta mustakabali mpya wa maendeleo yetu. Vinginevyo tutaendelea kuburuzwa na kila utawala unaokuja. Jambo la msingi kwa Rais Kikwete ni kuchukua hatua kali kwa wateule wake zitakazorejesha imani kwa wananchi kwake na kuinua uchumi unaoporomoka usiku na mchana. It seems most of you do not understand the dire situation Tanzania is in. There is no foundation for development and i am not talking of infrastructure here. The mental and psychological decay in Tanzania is unbelievable. Future generations have been scared beyond belief. what is an abomination elsewhere is the norm. Think about it. if someone you know contests an election and wins, the first thing that pops into the average Tanzanians head is "ulaji ". The thought that should pop up is "how do i make him/her accountable", (which should be norm) but we have been scarred psychologically to the extent that the thought is instinctive. Tanzanians have accepted corruption as a way of life. Another problem is denial. the average Tanzanian hates the truth And will fight tooth and nail to live in denial with the excuse that "God will intervene" or "you are not patriotic enough". Meanwhile his/her circumstance is worsening but prefers to turn a blind eye and keep "hope" alive. My Guy, the country is failing rapidly with the brakes gone.
