Position: Internal IT Sales officer (one position)
Duty Station: Mwanza-Nyamagana
Job Description:
· Issue Proforma Invoices and follow up for payment
· Educate customers on how our products and solutions can benefit them.
· Keep customers informed on their ordersand Manage customer complaints
· Maintain records of all sales leads and customers’ accounts
· Prepare reports as and when required
Requirements of Communications Skills:
· English Language – Knowledge of speaking a good English language and writing as well.
· Speaking – Good communication and listening skills / information effectively.
· Active Listening – Giving full attention to what other people (Customers) are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting.
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of ICT Equipment/Electronics and support
· Good negotiation skills and decision making
· Excellent customer service
· Problem-solving skills
· Ability to work long hours as and when require
Level of Education:
Diploma in Computing and Information Technology or Diploma in Information Communication Technology.
