Baadaye yule Mzee CEO akawa anastaafu, rais akamuuliza ungependa nani afanye kazi yako, kwa kuwa alikuwa rafiki wa rais akamwambia, mpe yule jamaa technocrat, kazi anaiweza, amekuwa akiifanya muda wote niliokuwa pale"
Admittedly unaweza kuwa hupewi credit na boss wako anaweza asiwe appreciative that much, in that case you can always report this unfairness and risk bad blood (Nicolo Machiavelli wouldn't advise that) or you could easily bounce (it may be easier said than done with the current economy)
But no job is worth your peace of mind on one hand, on the other, peace of mind doesn't pay the bills.
