Hongera Kikwete; Hongera CCM kwa mpango huu

kwa bei ya $2M a kilometer we could set aside $1B each financial year to construct 500km of high speed railway each year for a period of 8 years.thus completing 4000km of railway coverage.
we would need $9-$10Billion in 8 years,this is the type of investment that would bring extreme ripple effect to our economy,revitalizing the economy employing huge amount of people as well as giving fantastic ROI in the next 20-30 years.

Najua akiambiwa hivyo kikwete ataanza ooh,nchi yetu masikini,nchi yetu ina matatizo mengi na sound nyingine nyiiiingi....,SH*&*zi kabisa.
sasa kwa Rais wetu goigoi,anawaza kwenda kukopa $1m Libya kama sio upungufu wa akili ni nini???how can a president think like that?

Bunge letu tukilipiga stop mwaka mmoja tu!!tutasave almost $1B...,me think so...,kama wabunge kazi yao ni kupigiana stori za aina hii ya kusadikika hawana maana.

At a construction rate of $5 billion and operating costs as high as $100m a year we can as well rename TANZANIA to KUSADIKIKA..,where day dreaming happens.

TANZANIANS may soon witness trains moving as fast as 120 kilometres per hour as the government mulls introduction of fast moving locomotives in an effort to improve transport services.

The Minister for Infrastructure Development, Dr Shukuru Kawambwa, told the National Assembly here that the trains would be travelling at 120 kilometres per hour, unlike the existing trains which travel at 35 kilometres per hour.

Dr Kawambwa was responding to questions by Janeth Kahama (Special Seats-CCM) who wanted to know when the government would introduce double decker coaches in order to transport more passengers.

She also wanted to know measures taken by the government to rehabilitate rail tracks and railway stations which were in dilapidated conditions.

Responding to a supplementary question by Esther Nyawazwa (Special Seats-CCM), the minister said that the slow moving trains were even affecting the economy.

"There’s nowhere in the world where trains are now travelling at 35k/h and China has just introduced trains with 350k/h”, commented Dr Kawambwa.

The minister explained that the government was planning to improve rail tracks by expanding gauge from 1000 metres to standard gauge of 1435 metres.

"The government has already conducted a feasibility study on how to improve railways from Dar es Salaam to Isaka and construction of a new railway line from Isaka-Kigali/Keza-Gitega-Musongati in Burundi in standard gauge.

"The new railway will be a modern one and already 5.2bn/- has been spent on feasibility study and designing will follow", the minister stressed.

Dr Kawambwa noted that according to the feasibility study, containers would be transported in form of double stack.

He added that Tanzania, Burundi and Rwanda were now mobilizing resources for the project through Public Private Partnership (PPP).

Sijakuelewa hapo juu Mwanakijiji unaipa CCM na JK hongera ya nini?Sijaelewa hata kidogo hongera hiyo ni ya sababu ipi hasa?Kama haya mambo ya ku-improve infrastructures CCM ndiyo fimbo yao kubwa ya kuwadanganya watz hasa kipindi cha uchaguzi kikifika!

Wote waliotangulia toka MKapa na sasa JK walisema hivyo hivyo na huu ni zaidi ya mwaka wa 15 hatujaona kitu,wizi mtupu!

Mbona hapa hakuna mpango MMKJJ? Mpango usiokuwa na wakati?
Ni ukweli usiopingika kuwa Tanzania inampango wa kuhakikisha kuwa miji yote ya mikoa-wilaya-tarafa na ikiwezekana inaunganishwa kwa lami, au sio kweli. Habari kama hizi zinakuwa ni kama matamanio tu! Lazima kuwe na mipango ya muda mrefu na mfupi inayoonyesha ni kwa vipi tutakuwa tumefikia malengo tuliojiwekea.

Kwa kuwa wachina ndio washika dau wakubwa eneo hili, basi wangesema tu kuwa wanakamilisha makubaliano kuwauzia wachina reli hiyo, ili waiimarishe kwa ajili ya kusafirisha malighafi yao kutoka ndani ya Tanzania na DRC. Sikuhizi Tanzania kila kitu udalali, hakuna atakaye tena kufikiri kwa sana wala kufanya ya uzalishaji zaidi ya mishemishe tu!
 
Kufanya kampeni si lazima usimame jukwaani na kujinadi. Wakuu hii ni 2010 uchaguzi huooo unakuja,mengi tutayasikia hasa hizo 'fisibility study' zao zinakuja nyingi tu. Ikifika 2015 kabla ya uchaguzi tutaambiwa tunasubiri ku 'sign' mikataba ujenzi uanze bla bla nyingi. Mungu atufikishe salama tunapoelekea wakuu.
 
Hivi kweli mnataka kuniambia Watanzania tumeshindwa kabisa kutatua matatizo ya TRL? Yaani the combined millions of us are brainless to think of how we can salvage hili shirika bila kuomba wawekezaji? Is this really it?

Huo ni unafiki uliokithiri. Haujaona hata daraja la kule Mtwara? Haujaona hata barabara zilizochongwa wakati wa Mg Magufuli? Haujaona hata kivuko kipya cha kigamboni?

Mtu ambaye, ndani mwake kumejaa ubaya, hawezi kuona chembe ya uzuri uliopo ndani ya mtu mwingine.

Unafiki si mzuri. Ni kweli kuna mambo mengi hayajafanywa na serikali yetu, lakini jamani mengine, mnazusha mnoi!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Nimeona barabara za mbagala charambe, kichemchem, saku na mbande ni mshikemshike. walikuwa wapi siku zote hizo? Sasa hiyo train ya kwenda 120km/hr tunayohubiriwa wakati huu si uongo. Nakumbuka daraja la kigamboni kwenye uchaguzi wa 2005 walisema lingeanza kujengwa kabla ya ule uchaguzi, uchaguzi ulipomalizika tu na story za kujenga hilo daraja zikamalizika. Sasa hizo za train subiri uchaguzi umalizike na zenyewe zitamalizika.
