Nadhani the thing z not kwenda gym ishu ni how to maintain the body structure n mostly pumzi so unaweza kutumia chumba chako vizuri zaiid I ya gym but only if u know mazoezi
 
weeh shindana kitambi na mkeo afu uone moto wake. mwanamke hata anone vipi bado analipa tuuu, shauri lako.
Don't point ur finger at guys only,when it comes to gym issues even u ladies should put dis into very high consideration.Nowdays most ladies are developing huge bellies like preg hipo,no dieting no gym,just eating everything before sight.

I was just jokin... mazoezi muhimu hasa ya kujenga pumzi, sio kwa wanaume tu hata wanawake. Niliwahi kutoa stor humu ya mke wa mtu alikuwa amfie mume wa mtu kitandani kwa gwaride la dakika 10 tu.

Mara nyingi kuanza ni rahisi but in less than a week mtu unajikuta ushaacha. Kuna kipindi ilibidi tuanzishe fit club, mtu akikosa bila prior information ya at least 3 days... elfu 5. Niliteseka but ilinisaidia sana

yaani mimi hamna kitu kinaniudhi km kumkuta kijana under 40 yrs hlf anamkitambi juu.........

aaaaaaaaagh! hata bila GYM uani au barazani panatosha kuruka kamba , kichura chura , pushups na mazoezi ya tumbo........

ukiona unapenda sana kulewa tumieni vilevi vya kukausha mwili like Granys , nyagi , viroba etc.........

hlf na mambo yetu ya 6*6 ni mazoezi tosha kama unajua kupiga shughuli pevu.
