mimi mwenyewe natumia fiber ya simbanet. recently our company upgraded from 5Mb/s to 25Mb/s. we have more than 800 users with 11 diff location at dsm. if you see the uploaded pic the latency is amazing. i ran speedtest in peek hours.
we are planning to upgrade it on 2016 to 30mb/s
