Mimi nafikiri wanafanya makusudi, ili waweke watanzania nyuma na kwenye giza from matters of the world. Wanajua how powerful the internet is, so wanaona tukufungua milango then these people will wise up. I think this will only change the day WATANZANIA washikane mikono and take it to the streets to demand better & affordable communication infrastructures, either from the govt, or the cell companies that have stolen billions upon billions of dollars from the people of Tanzania.
