Kuanza kuhisi uchovu na mwili kuwa mzito,kupenda kulala lala,ukipiga kimoja ukigeukia ukuta kuamka ni Kesho saa mbili tena Kwa msaada wa alarm

Bwahaaa bwahaaa, unapiga kimoja unageukia ukutani kama fundi rangi.
 
Sometimes I receive all this healthy tips but in the end I don't even snap,,,I just tell myself 'F**k it' am keep on consuming whatever I feel like ordering.
I know what you mean, sometimes it can be overwhelming.
 
Halafu ujinga wa nyama choma ukienda choo hupati kulingana na ukivyokula, yaani umekula nyama za kutosha halafu choo hata hakieleweki,...inakera sana.!

Kula matunda mengi na maji, ukiweza kula Makande au maharage mengi na maji, lazima mzigo wote utoke.

We consume more than we need, that's where the problem lies. The only exercise we do regularly is to the fridge and back. The couch is killing us, slowly but surely.
