Nimkubali Lipumba kichwa kweli kweli, mbona niliwahi kuelezwa kwamba kuna wakati aliombwa na Serikali ya Uganda kwenda kusaidia kurekebisha uchumi WAO - sasa hapa mbona hamjalisema hilo!

Hivi kuna sheria inayokataza kiongozi/mbunge toka chama cha upinzani asiteuliwe kwenye Baraza la mawaziri, mbona Merikani huwa awajali itikadi za vyama - yaani kumuacha mtu kichwa kama huyu miaka nenda rudi bila ya kumshirikisha katika fani yake ndani ya Serikali yetu, binafsi nakiona ni kitu kinacho shangaza SANA, inakuwaje anaheshimiwa na Mashirika/nchi lukuki DUNIANI lakini sisi tunamuacha kana kwamba hayupo kabisa! Mbona Serikali zilizo tangulia walao zilikuwa zinamshirikisha kwenye mambo mengi yenye maslahi kwa Taifa, je hivi sasa kulikoni jamani.

Mimi naona Rais ajitahidi walao amu-appoint Prof.Lipumba kama mbunge kama alivyo mu-appoint Mh.Mbatia - binadamu ambaye ana akili zinazo randana na za Newton asiachwe anafuga nyuki TABORA wakati ana akili za kumwaga kusaidia katika ujenzi wa Taifa letu - wakati mwingine itikadi za vyama tuziendekeze kupita kiasi.
