The main reason as to why organisations don't want to procure incompetent suppliers is INCAPACITY.What we say is,thank god DOWANS had the capacity to generate electricity at a competitive price even though they got the deal in a weird way(thanks to TANESCO).Thats the main reason,they were able to deliver!..and our own laws let them do that!!

The smart Tanzanians are opposing Dowans. Erudite, Opposition and majority MPs from ruling party don't want to hear the dowans rubbish at all. Kobello and likes still believe that without Dowans the nation can't have an alternative to power.

Kobello want electricity regardless of the consequence the nation will suffer in future in terms of corruption, sabotage and breach of laws, principles and values which glue us as nation. Promoting depravity is a suicidal act, the likes of Kobello can’t see this iota, what they know is electricity nothing more, oh! it is ominous!

Kobello, these nincompoop who are dragging us into this mess, are the same people siphoned money from BoT through dubious companies with impunity.They have stolen your money!!, unfortunate the ability to see this is not extended to myopic you may belong to.

No one is opposing Dowans as a company . The core issue which you're not well informed is that, the whole procedure which honored Dowans the contract is flawed ab initio. In this context it is an illegal business inherited from dirty business and never the outcome will be clean regardless of how cheap is the product.

What some people don't understand is that, giving these monsters a chance to play with our minds endangers the national security.

Kobello, RA is implicated with the plot to assassinate political leaders. This is serious allegation for the MP and an ally to Ikulu .He was also implicated with the killing attempt of famous journalists in the country! He is a master mind behind robbery in BoT etc. Currently, he is using media to propagate religion conflict to garner the support from sect of the public. He wants to kill people so that Dowans and other dubious contract go through unchecked. He has taken our leaders under siege and now wants to silence the public through intimidation and puppets.

People who want light like Kobello don't see this as precarious.The Dowan/Richomnd saga has taken our leader into hostage, right now all top leaders are lip tight because they can’t point a finger to king maker . All states organs have been infiltrated and are now operating under the directive from Dowans mafias.

Guess what Kobello, we will relentlessly echoing our voice against Dowans, and we will shout loud and clear for the same, we will make sure we don’t become puppets or refugees in our own country.

So, as one said, you’re not compelled to read what others write, however once you retort then you must have a gist to talk about not libel, Babel or tantrum.
