Even Tanzania if you travel by road via kisii,migori ukiingia tz the roads are very pathetic...I once went for a graduation in those sides people were transported with lorries no matatus in that areaSad truth, been to Jinja and Kampala, and surely things were not good at all!! I even prefer Jinja to Kampala!! But Museveni is really working hard, I have seen a highway in Tororo so lovely. Bear in mind that by 2007, Tarmac roads in Kampala were just countable. It was had to find a tarmac! But today, They are on the move.
