You need to be realistic...you can't compare a rich neighbourhood of Dar with a very ordinary estate in nairobi like Nyayo estate. Just shows how low your ambitions are as a country. Nyayo is a middle income estate and It is just a reflection of what nairobi looks like outside slum areas. Comparing Nyayo to Masaki is just laughable. Kweli Nairobi and Dar are not reading from the same page. These two cities are just worlds apartKijana nimechoka milio yako...kila wakat hukosi vilio ,napost chochote kwanza Leo sikutaka kuongea naona unaniwaza sana
inasikitika kuona njaa na umaskini inavowamalizathanks for watching citizen tv........who said Kenya is perfect
Na tafadhali usilete picha za rich neighborhoods (Runda, Lavington, Spring Valley, karen na kadhalika) coz sijui watalinganisha na nini kama washaleta masaki to compete with Nyayo estatehahaha hata sijaguza rich estates za Nai jamaa imetoa oysterbay na masaki....

I think you have miss the point, There was no any heading that tells now we hav to post middle income estate or posh houses by then, if it happens I've been misusing my bullet on target then take time to use urs, hope I've made my self clearYou need to be realistic...you can't compare a rich neighbourhood of Dar with a very ordinary estate in nairobi like Nyayo estate. Masaki nyumba ni nyingi sana,I can post alot apa bila kurudia na usijue. ...Masaki pekee ni mji so najiamini naweza nkakomaa nanyi hadi asubuhi nawasubiriNa tafadhali usilete picha za rich neighborhoods (Runda, Lavington, Spring Valley, karen na kadhalika) coz sijui watalinganisha na nini kama washaleta masaki to compete with Nyayo estate
That is according to you, but reality is Dar is far ahead of Nairobi nearly for everything, real estate value of Dar is $12B, while Nairobi is only $9B. Dar is growing faster than Nairobi, therefore Dar is new, modern and high tech city, this is the reality which is very hard for Kenyans to accept. You need to be realistic...you can't compare a rich neighbourhood of Dar with a very ordinary estate in nairobi like Nyayo estate. Dah! Ninyi watu mnatafuta vijisababu vya hovyohovyo ilimradi mkosoekwa hivyo masaki ni level moja na Eastlands ,huhuh
kijana unachekesha sana.
Sasa wewe unatuletea beach properties to counter apartments found in middle income estates za Nairobi? Ungetuletea tu apartments ambazo ziko kwenye mitaa ambaye mwananchi wa kawaida wa kipato cha wastan anaweza afford kuishi vile zlivyofanya El Matador
The level of organization and planning in Nairobi estates is just admirable.Langata beibe

Hapa kila mtu anasifu dume wake hata kama anajua ni mnyonge wa wanyonge. I understand you bro, you have to be patriotic even if you know deep down dume wako ni mnyonge kwa vita. If Dar was better, Nairobi could not be hosting regional and continental headquarters of international brands and UN bodies. That is according to you, but reality is Dar is far ahead of Nairobi nearly for everything, real estate value of Dar is $12B, while Nairobi is only $9B.
