There are so many things we don’t even mention here …for example, I have never told you this.. did you know there is a thriving community of Kikuyu people in central Tanzania. Some came back to Kenya in the 70s and Mzee Kenyatta allocated them land in Lamu ( that’s how Kikuyus ended up occupying Lamu in coast Kenya). Some still stayed behind and own tracts of land as citizens. They are the wealthy in central parts of Tanzania. I won’t tell you where..😜 Also some members of Kipsigis community from modern Kericho county relocated to central Tanzania after Colonialists took their land. Some settled there and never came back.
