This kind of development - barely reported in the "negative stories sell more" media mafia industry in Kenya, would be 1st page news in all other East African countries including Bongolala.
When it comes to tall structures, the gap between Westlands & Kilimani alone, vs the rest of the region combined is now becoming funny.
Many projects in Nairobi with pedestrian-level shops, Manhattan feel.
We're building new shopping districts.
Dar vumbi, ata mkijaribu sana, you're putting everything behind huge walls.
Your new suburbs, plus Makufuli City, will never be true city centers.
Just a collection of walled buildings.

Definitely it’s true what Kenyans say about Kigali real estate. It’s copying Nairobi is every detail . Now I see why .. look at Suraya Estate ( built in early 2000s) . Rwanda must have borrowed the render ..🤪🤪Early signs of fake GDP reporting from an LDC.

I'm glad Kigali is copying Nairobi on its growth, not Dar vumbi. Big well planned estates with lots of planned greenery and shared amenities; children play areas etc.
Kenya and Rwanda will end up being like Sweden and Finland. Brothers from another mother.
No jealousy. No roho chafu.
Uganda and Kenya too because they have already overtaken you in East Africa, without the jealousy towards Kenya.
