Hizo city plans za places with no gated fences ukizitika you can have them in Dodoma CBD where businesses are conducted, ukitaka goverment buildings utapatana nazo Magufuli city, ukitaka new business offices, some goverment institutions, hotels and the judiciary building utapatanazo NCC link area na NJEDENGWA investment areas.
Dodoma is such a very huge city coming up.
