The one by Xcaliber…. The very sad list..Which list??
Stairways have low intensity lighting designed specifically to clearly see each step to navigate safely. Soft, even lighting ensures that people can see the steps, without harsh shadows or bright spots that could disguise the edges of steps or cause missteps. In other words, stairway lighting is not directed outwards and If you are familiar with the inverse square law, you’ll realize why most of that light diffuses the further you go, away form the source.Whatchu talmbout bruv? Ati stairwells don't have much lighting? Stairwells and circulation spaces are some of the spaces that require lighting at night. Stairwells and other circulation spaces need lighting at night for safety, security, accessibility and also legal requirements in some cases. In fact, in some countries, building codes and regulations often mandate minimum lighting levels for stairwells and circulation spaces to meet safety standards and ensure compliance with accessibility guidelines. If you are keen enough you must have noticed that in most buildings, rooms and other spaces are always dark with no lights while circulation spaces (stairs, ramps, corridors, elevators, walkways, paths etc) are normally lit up throughout the night, whether in commercial or residential buildings. So your theory that the buildings do not have light since we are seeing the side that has the stairwell is entirely false.

I understand your point but don’t put the K in front of the figures… K stands for thousand… I don’t think you made $400k .. maybe you meant $400…I don't know ask the fellow he might have the answers.
I have worked as an advanced C.O/Medical officer and my net sallary was 400k$ ,how can you bring a report of a bachelor degree doctor receiving payment of $ 150k??
That's absurd.
And the publishers are standards.co.ke really!?
Oh SORRY I mean $ 400 per month which equals to 800+k Tanzanian shillings.I understand your point but don’t put the K in front of the figures… K stands for thousand… I don’t think you made $400k .. maybe you meant $400…
Just as I expected, always looking for some crappy explanation to justify your answer. If at all the stairwell of this building was the one facing us, you would notice a vertical strip of light from the ground floor to the top most floor. And also, your theory explains that the stairs have low intensity lighting. Didn't know it's so low that one cannot even notice that that is a stairwell at night. Your building is of clear blue glass and if the stairwell is the one facing us like you said, one would have easily noticed the lighting pattern from bottom to top.Stairways have low intensity lighting designed specifically to clearly see each step to navigate safely. Soft, even lighting ensures that people can see the steps, without harsh shadows or bright spots that could disguise the edges of steps or cause missteps. In other words, stairway lighting is not directed outwards and If you are familiar with the inverse square law, you’ll realize why most of that light diffuses the further you go, away form the source.
