the thing is, Kenya used kes 8bn to build a 15 kilometre highway which is 8 an lane,and elevated while you are using more for just a mere 4 lane flyover not stretching more than 500 metres. dont you see that as a joke?So wataka kusema yote Ni overpass for 15 km au iyo ni sehemu ya mradi?
Correction,3rd level is 6lanes of abt 1km overpass,2nd level will be a bit short but of abt 500M and I think is 4 lanes...rembember Morogoro road has BRT lanes on ground.. and before completion of interchange the super duper highway of dar to chalinze 100 km 6lanes will followthe thing is, Kenya used kes 8bn to build a 15 kilometre highway which is 8 an lane,and elevated while you are using more for just a mere 4 lane flyover not stretching more than 500 metres. dont you see that as a joke?
