You have just picked Egypt as your example out of many cities I have mentioned, but even Egypt, is like using example of few people who are poor in USA, Singapore and Japan just to justify pooverty in Kenya.What I mean is that there's a lot of lower-end construction going on. These collapses are likely where there's a lot of construction going on but poor regulation, which is something I conceded early in this conversation.
